Gardens are living breathing spaces and sometimes things need removed. Whether storm damage forces your hand, a tree has come to the end of its natural life or you simply have a new vision for how your garden could look, sometimes trees and bushes require removal. Removals come in three main areas which we have detailed below and we are always available to discuss your outdoor space if you have something a little unusual.

TREE REMOVAL

While there is a lot that we can do to help a tree survive and remain upright, some trees are in such poor health and general condition that they have to be removed in order to ensure that no person or property nearby is put in danger. It may also be the case that a tree’s roots are compromising the structural integrity of a building and, as a result, will need to be removed. We will cut down the tree safely and remove the stump entirely.

STUMP REMOVAL

Removing stumps without the right equipment is not easy, but they can prove to be an eyesore and are susceptible to rot and the growth of fungus and ‘suckering’ (the growth of another plant from the tree stump). Using our grinding equipment, we will be able to make short work of the tree stump by turning it into wood chip.

CRANE REMOVAL

At Newlands Tree Surgeons we can use crane equipment to remove problematic tree limbs or entire trees. Although it is possible to do this without the assistance of cranes, the machinery will allow us to remove the tree both faster and more safely, speeding up the process while reducing the impact on the surrounding area.
